These terms apply to iamcarolowens.com, my free guides, courses, digital products, community, and subscription box, all offered by Carol Owens LLC ("I," "me," or "my"). By using my site or buying from me, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
I'm a registered nurse, but my content is for education and general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and reading it or interacting with me doesn't create a nurse-patient or provider-patient relationship. Always talk with your own healthcare provider about your health, medications, and symptoms. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read from me.
I share strategies and experience, but I can't promise any particular result. Your results depend on your own situation, and stories or testimonials I share are individual experiences.
When you buy a guide or course, I give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. Please don't copy, resell, share your login, post it publicly, or use it to train AI tools. All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered immediately and can't be returned, I don't offer refunds on guides, courses, or other digital products.
The "More Me, Please" box is a recurring subscription. The price, shipping and handling, billing date, and any size or order cutoff are shown at checkout, and by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation, skipping, size-change, and refund or replacement policies for the box will be posted here before the box launches. Shipping times are estimates, and carrier delays are outside my control.
If you join my Facebook group or another community space, please be kind, respect others' privacy, don't give or request medical advice for individuals, and don't promote your own services. I may remove posts or members who break these rules. Posts in the community are not medical advice from me.
The content on my site, including text, videos, images, logos, and guides, belongs to Carol Owens LLC or its licensors. You may share links, and you may quote short excerpts with credit, but you may not copy or sell my content without written permission.
My site and content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Carol Owens LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using my site or content, and my total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid me for the product at issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Elmore County, Alabama, unless the law requires otherwise.
